Maryland Department of Health (MDH)
End Results is the subcontractor to the Operation and Maintenance contractor for MDH's Long Term Systems and Services (LTSS) programs. The LTSS platform supports case management and pre-authorization of services for MDH's Medicaid Waiver Programs. End Results is providing cloud-based interactive voice response (IVR) for the healthcare providers that participants in the LTSS program. In this program, End Results is the reseller for the PureCloud product from Genesys and provides project management services for time keeping and help desk support to healthcare providers enrolled in the LTSS program.
City of Tulsa, Oklahoma
End Results, as a subcontractor to Civic Advantage, assisted the City of Tulsa in the implementation of its time and attendance system. We assisted the city in the development of the RFP, evaluation of bids, and selection of the contractor. Serving as the project manager, End Results assisted the city in developing the project plan and track the status of the project. It was also involved in the business process re-engineering and stakeholder involvement of the project. The time and attendance project required the participation of every department in the city.
Department of Corrections, District of Columbia Government
End Results provided the project manager to the DC Office of Chief Technology Office in its management and oversight of the offender management system being installed in the DC Department of Corrections and its Central Detention Facility. The system involved over 70 processes, 50+ screens, 15 modules, 200 reports and 900 users. The system involved all aspects of detention from booking to housing, commissary, finance, visitation, mail, incidents, appeals, medical, case management and releases.
Office of Management and Enterprise Services, State of Oklahoma
In partnership with Civic Advantage, End Results conducted a study of Oklahoma's information technology service delivery and its effectiveness of client-facing operations. In addition to customer satisfaction surveys, interviews and data analysis, End Results submitted recommendations on best practices in state information technology delivery. The study enables the state to make fundamental changes and enhanced the satisfaction of numerous stakeholders.
